Welcome to We Will Flourish. Our community is designed to be a safe, encouraging, faith-centered space where women can connect, grow, collaborate, and flourish together. These guidelines exist to protect the integrity of the community and ensure that every member feels supported and respected.

By participating in this community, you agree to follow the guidelines below.

1. Be Kind, Respectful, and Supportive

We are a community rooted in encouragement and connection.
Please:

~ Treat all members with kindness and respect

~ Engage in conversations with grace, empathy, and maturity

~ Assume positive intent whenever possible

~ We do not tolerate harassment, hostility, discrimination, or personal attacks of any kind.

2. Keep This a Safe Space

Members should feel safe sharing ideas, experiences, and struggles.
This means:

~ What is shared in the community stays in the community

~ No shaming, judging, or belittling

~ No inflammatory, triggering, or intentionally divisive content

~ We want women to feel held, not watched or criticized.

3. No Spam or Excessive Promotion

We celebrate women in business, ministry and calling — but this is not a place for spammy self-promotion.

Acceptable:

~ Sharing your work, wins, or ministry when relevant

~ Offering value-based insights or resources

~ Participating in designated promotional threads (if offered)

Not acceptable:

~ Unsolicited sales messages

~ Constant posting of offers or links

~ Recruiting members into unrelated programs, groups, or opportunities

~ Affiliate links unless specifically allowed by admins

Our focus is connection, not clutter.

4. Honor Faith and Diversity

We Will Flourish is faith-rooted, but welcomes women from all backgrounds.
We ask members to:

~ Share faith-based perspectives with love, humility, and honor

~ Avoid debates intended to prove someone wrong

~ Respect all stories and lived experiences

~ We believe in unity without uniformity.

5. Contribute Value, Not Noise

Before posting, ask: "Does this help someone flourish?"

We encourage:

~ Helpful tips

~ Real-life stories

~ Collaborative opportunities

~ Conversations that deepen connection

~ Questions that spark meaningful discussion

We avoid:

~ Vague venting without purpose

~ Drama

~ Negative spirals

We aim to elevate and encourage.

6. Protect Privacy

Do not share:

~ Other members’ personal information

~ Screenshots of community content

~ Private conversations without permission

We protect each other’s vulnerability.

7. No Hate Speech or Harmful Content

The following will result in immediate removal:

~ Hate speech

~ Bullying or targeted harassment

~ Threats of harm or violence

~ Discriminatory remarks

~ Any content that encourages self-harm or harm toward others

If you feel unsafe because of another member’s behavior, please contact the admin team immediately.

8. Follow Admin Instructions

Leaders and moderators may:

~ Remove posts that violate guidelines

~ Ask members to adjust or remove content

~ Remove members who repeatedly disregard rules

The goal is to maintain a supportive environment — not to police, but to protect.

9. Collaboration and Networking

We celebrate collaboration and love when women work together.
To protect fairness and boundaries:

~ Collaborations should be mutual

~ No pressuring others into partnerships

~ No unsolicited pitching in private messages

~ Respect "no" as a full sentence

Let collaboration be organic and joyful.

10. We Grow Together

This is not just a community — it is a movement.
